Access to the Meinohama Ferry Terminal
If using the train or bus
(2) Nishitetsu Bus From “Hakataeki-mae A,” (Hakata Station), get off at “Noko Tosenba” (ferry terminal)
(3) Nishitetsu Bus From “Tenjin kosoku basu taminaru-mae” (Tenjin Highway Bus Terminal), get off at “Noko Tosenba” (ferry terminal)
If travelling by car
Via Kyushu Expressway, on Dazaifu Interchange or Fukuoka Interchange transfer to Fukuoka City Highway → continue in the direction of Fukushige/Tenjin and leave the highway using Atago Ramp (around 20 min) → 10 min to Meinohama Ferry Terminal
■ There is a paid parking next to the terminal from which ferries leave for Nokonoshima. The fee is 510 yen for 1 day (1020 yen for 2 days and 1 night).
Access to Island Park from Meinohama Ferry Terminal
After arriving at the Nokonoshima Ferry Terminal get on the Nishitetsu bus bound for Island Park (around 13 min)
Bus and ferry frequency is increased during the busiest season.
