About Kochan Udon

The restaurant makes Noko Udon noodles, a local specialty. They are thin noodles of the hosomen type, with a firm texture. Noko Udon is made in the restaurant Kochan, where you can also order it cold or ask for the kama-age version served in hot water. Regular hot udon is also on the menu.
